Cookie Policy
Version stub-v0 · Effective 2026-07-18(placeholder pending final review)
Cenacle uses strictly necessary cookies only. We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not run third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or session-replay tools anywhere on the platform.
1. Cookies We Set
- Session cookie — keeps you signed in after you log in. It is stored with
HttpOnly, so it cannot be read by scripts in your browser, and it is sent only to Cenacle. - Interface preference — remembers whether your dashboard sidebar is open or collapsed. It contains no identifier and no personal information.
2. Payments
When you make a payment, our payment provider (Stripe) may set its own cookies on the payment form to detect and prevent fraud. This is necessary to process a payment securely. Stripe does not use these cookies to advertise to you on Cenacle.
3. The Sanctuary
The Sanctuary — prayer intentions, candles, and parish life — carries no tracking of any kind. We consider prayer a private matter and do not profile what you pray for.
4. Your Choices
Because we set only strictly necessary cookies, there is no tracking for you to switch off and we do not show a cookie banner. If we ever introduce a non-essential cookie, we will ask for your consent first and it will not load until you choose.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie will sign you out and prevent logging back in.
5. Changes
If this policy changes we publish a new version identifier here, shown above.
